refined luxury experience

ample storage nice amenity evening view
the prestige king room view bath was spacious. the walk-in closet provided ample storage. the panasonic haircare dryer was a nice amenity. i found an ipad panel controlled the curtains and lights. housekeeping returned in the evening to prepare the room for the night. i could see the tower from the room and bath.
there was no offer to adjust the bill, just apologies

The bed was comfortable. The expansive city views from my room were fine. Tokyo Tower was very close , and beautiful at night when lit up. The bathroom included a deep soaking tub and shower. It included many amenities and toiletries.
There was a small stain on one of the towels.

lovely staff pillow origami average food terrible restaurant
the staff was lovely and the location was excellent. i secured a heritage suite and it had pyjamas. i also found pillow origami at turn-down.
i found the food average to below average. the concierge booked a terrible restaurant. i think they get a commission.
